With extensive coverage from both platforms, participating teams gain nationwide exposure through social media, digital content, and post-event recaps viewed by college coaches, scouts, and national media.

Schedule Requests
We understand flexibility matters.
- Schedule requests will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis
- Requests must be submitted in writing AFTER registration
- Do not submit requests prior to registering

While we do our best to accommodate, requests are not guaranteed. Teams should be prepared to play anytime from late Friday afternoon through early Sunday evening.
Housing (Stay-To-Play Event)
All HoopSeen tournaments are MANDATORY Stay-To-Play events.
Teams traveling from outside the area are required to book hotel accommodations through our trusted partner, Team Travel Source. They provide:

- Easy booking for teams, coaches, and families
Failure to book through Team Travel Source may result in in-event penalties or game forfeiture.
